My device is badly damaged. Can I apply for the trade in service?

Yes. Any devices on the list of trade in service is eligible regardless of condition, and a solid quote will be given after the final assessment of your device.

Is 7-day Return & Refund Service available?

Yes, 7-day Return & Refund Service is applicable for all RITKIT products. For further information, please refer to the Return and Exchange Policy.

Can I request a specific delivery courier?

No, we only ship through SF Express. If your area does not support SF Express deliveries, we will choose another courier to deliver for you. We do not accept requests for specific couriers at this time.
