Return and Exchange Policy

 

Return Policy:

 

You can request Return Service:

  • Within seven (7) days from the day of receiving a product, and the product itself, packaging, accessories, gifts, and user manuals are intact.

  • No human-caused damage or traces of use, and the sales for the second time are not affected.

 

Additional information on the return service:

  • When applying for the 7-day Return & Refund Service, you must present valid proof of purchase and return the invoice.

  • The refund amount is the actual amount paid (excluding coupons, vouchers, membership cards, etc.).

  • For returns not caused by a manufacturing defect, shipping costs will be charged on your side. If we are requested to cover any shipping costs associated with a return, we reserve the right to subtract the shipping costs from the refund amount unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

  • If you need to return a product, please contact customer service within seven (7) natural days after receiving the product.

Exchange Policy:


You may request Exchange Service:

  • Within seven (7) natural days of receiving a product, the product is found to be damaged during transportation, and a proof-of-damage is provided by the courier service.

  • Within seven (7) natural days of receiving a product, the product is found to have a functional failure not caused by human damage. 


We reserve the right to refuse your request for an exchange in the following: 

  • An exchange request made more than seven (7) natural days after receiving a product.

  • A legal proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.

  • A product sent to RITKIT for Return & Refund Service does not include all items, or the appearance is damaged due to human factors.

  • No quality problem is found after testing by the Product Technology Department of RITKIT.

  • Any fault or damage is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.

  • Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, false proof seal etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.

  • Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.

  • A product is not delivered to RITKIT within seven (7) natural days after exchange service confirmation is sent from RITKIT.

  • An exchange request is made due to the damage caused by transportation, yet a proof-of-damage by the courier service cannot be provided.

  • Other circumstances stated in this policy.


Additional information on the exchange service: 

  • Shipping costs are charged on RITKIT for products that have a manufacturing defect.
