Warranty and Repair Policy

Warranty service: one-year hassle-free exchange service

You can apply for the product warranty service if there is a performance failure within the effective warranty period of the product. When the product is damaged for non-human reasons within one year from the date of purchase from the official RITKIT channels, you can apply for the one-year hassle-free exchange service.


Hassle-free exchange means that we provide free exchange service for damaged products. The warranty period of the new product is calculated according to the original warranty period.

The warranty service is subject to the following conditions:

  • Products do not function due to non-human factors under normal use during the one-year warranty period.

  • Products do not function without unauthorized disassembly or modification not in accordance with official instructions or manuals, or other functional failures not caused by human factors.

  • Providing valid proof of purchase, order receipt, and order number.

  • The interval between the one-year hassle-free exchange service and the trade-in service must be longer than one year. 

This policy does not cover the following:

  • Products not purchased through the official RITKIT channels.

  • Not providing valid proof of purchase, receipts, invoices, or evidence determined to have been forged or tampered with.

  • Crashes or fire damage caused by non-manufacturing factors.

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or shell opening not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.

  • Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect use, or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.

  • Damage caused by a non-authorized service provider.

  • Damage caused by product use in an environment beyond reasonable limits.

  • Products or parts with an altered identification label or from which the identification label has been removed.

  • Products are not delivered to RITKIT within seven (7) natural days after warranty service confirmation is sent from RITKIT.

Additional information on the warranty service:

  • If the product is eligible for the warranty service, we will cover the shipping costs on delivery.

  • If both parties differ in the determination of the failure of the item and cannot come to an agreement, the after-sales process will be subject to our inspection.

  • The faulty item being exchanged will not return to the customer when the exchange service applies.

  • The warranty period of the new product is calculated as per the warranty period of the replaced product.

  • The warranty service of the one-year hassle-free exchange is non-transferable.

  • In case of force majeure or change of circumstances, we may claim liability exemption in accordance with relevant laws and regulations provisions.

  • We reserve the right to update, modify and interpret the terms and conditions.

  • The implementation standard shall be based on the latest version published on the official website. If the purchase occurs before the effective date of these rules, the rules at that time shall apply, and if it occurs after the effective date of these rules, these rules shall apply.

  • Date of the latest revision and publication of these rules: Jan 1, 2023. 

Repair Service


You can choose a paid repair service or the trade-in service for products that the one-year hassle-free exchange warranty service does not cover.

  • Our after-sales maintenance service team provides quotes for repair costs after evaluating the actual damage to the product, and the final price is subject to our quotation.

  • The warranty period for products or parts after the paid repair is 90 days from the day of receiving.

  • Charges may apply for the repair services and other costs not covered by the warranty service.
